Landlord cares very much about this premises and strives to keep it in excellent order. If Tenant notices any problems or maintenance issues, please notify the Landlord immediately.
This serves as notification that tap water at the premises it not potable. Bottled well water is available for drinking and cooking.
The septic system is fragile so please use caution with flushable items.
Tenant shall not cause or allow any unreasonably loud noise or activity in the Premises that might disturb the rights, comforts and conveniences of other persons.
Tenant is expected to treat the premises with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. Tenant is expected to leave the premises in a clean, neat and orderly condition. Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
Tenant shall bag all trash and deposit in one of two green receptacles at the back of the premises, as needed.
Tenant is granted permission to use two (2) parking spaces by the entrance of the building. Landlord is not responsible for, nor does it assume any liability for damages caused by fire, theft, and casualty or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any car or its contents.
All recreational water equipment (paddle boards, flotation devices, etc.) owned by the Tenant shall be stored only in the areas designated by the Landlord.
There are multiple remotes at the premises. Cable service is not available. Only subscriptions to on-line services (i.e., Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc.) allow television viewing. Two (2) remotes are needed to operate the television. The Fire TV Stick remote is used to turn the television on and off, select an on-line service and subsequent programming. The Wohome remote for the sound bar is used for volume control.
